Schwere Panzerspähwagen (8-Rad)

The Wehrmacht built a series of eight-wheeled heavy armored reconaissance vehicles, the Schwere Panzerspähwagen (Acht Rad) Sd.Kfz. 231, 232, 233 and 234, armed with various weapons and for different purposes. From the begining to the end of WWII, they played important roles in all theaters of operations, from reconaissance to anti-tank tasks.
