Zündapp KS 750

Though this was not an armored vehicle, I want to include it in this blog because I am a biker and this motorcycle is a symbol and a referent for bikers, collectors and restorers of old motorcycles all over the world. Designed specifically for heavy off-road military use, the KS 750 had among other advantages a powered sidecar wheel, and provision for heating the sidecar, as well as feet and hands of the driver. Despite its cost exceeded that of the VW Kübelwagen, more than 18.000 units were built. It has become a cult motorcycle and some restored units still run nowadays.
