This German armored anti-aircraft vehicle, also named Flakpanzer Coelian, was a prototype of an armored turret that housed a 3.7 cm Flakzwilling 44 twin cannon built on a Panther chassis. The work was assigned to Vereignete Apparatebau A.G., a subsidiary of Rheinmetall-Borsig. Only a single full-scale wooden mock-up unit was produced and painted in Dunkelgelb color. Anyway the project was suspended, as the fire power was considered too low in relation to the weight of the vehicle. Work was later concentrated in a more powerful 5.5 Flakzwilling turret.
